Job Description
We are seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate openings in Roanoke Rapids, NC.
Provide comprehensive, compassionate care in post-acute and long-term care settings, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living. Maintain timely documentation and participate in care coordination with interdisciplinary teams. Potentially serve as Medical Director with additional compensation; minimal rotating weekend and holiday call (no night call). Travel between facilities required; reliable transportation essential. Qualifications include MD/DO, NC license or eligibility, strong communication skills, and team collaboration. Preferred experience in post-acute care or hospitalist settings; familiarity with relevant software is a plus.
