Job Description

We are seeking experienced Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physicians to provide primary and preventive care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

  • Work collaboratively with nursing staff and facility leadership.
  • Manage patient care, coordinate with ARNPs, PAs, and staff.
  • Attend facility meetings and complete documentation using EMR.

Qualifications: Unrestricted MD/DO license in TX, board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.

Benefits: No on-call, malpractice with tail coverage, flexible schedule, full-time position earning from $255,000/year.
