Physician – Primary Care

Job Description

This primary care physician position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus per contract year and requires board certification, a Missouri license, a 3-year residency in primary care, and current BLS certification.

As part of a mission-driven health center serving underserved communities, the role involves patient-centered, team-based care including direct patient services, care coordination, and supporting clinic operations.

Main responsibilities include collaborative care, ensuring patient rights, attending training and meetings, facilitating effective teamwork, and maintaining continuity of care across sites.
