Physician – Primary Care

Job Description

This primary care physician role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus per contract year and requires board certification, Missouri medical license, a three-year residency in primary care, and current BLS certification.

As a member of a team-focused, patient-centered organization serving underserved communities, the physician will provide direct care, coordinate through a collaborative model, and support patient rights. Responsibilities include attending training, team collaboration, equipment recommendations, and ensuring continuity of care across sites.
