Job Description

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our medical group, providing patient-centered care within a collaborative team environment.

Our physicians care for patients through a comprehensive model, working closely with pharmacists and nurse case managers to support high-risk populations. The facility offers on-site diagnostic services (x-ray, ultrasound, 3D tomosynthesis), lab draws, and integrated specialty services like Ob/Gyn and dermatology, along with outpatient physical therapy.

The ideal candidate

is board-certified or eligible in Internal or Family Medicine

must be RI licensed

will be credentialed by our medical staff
