Job Description

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team within a patient-centered medical home model, collaborating closely with pharmacists and nurse case managers to support high-risk populations.

Our facilities offer comprehensive on-site services including diagnostics (x-ray, ultrasound, 3D tomosynthesis), labs, and specialty providers in Ob/Gyn and dermatology, along with outpatient physical therapy.

The ideal candidate must be board-certified or eligible in Internal or Family Medicine, licensed in Rhode Island, and credentialed by our medical staff.
