Job Description
Join a team dedicated to providing compassionate, Monday through Friday medical care to geriatric participants with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Provide comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and follow-up care across various settings, including clinics, homes, and care facilities.
- Document all care in compliant electronic medical records and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
- Participate in rotating after-hours triage support, primarily via phone, with minimal on-call duties.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support strategic program development.
- Lead and motivate staff to maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
Requirements include a MD or DO degree, active medical license, board certification or eligibility, and at least one year of experience with the elderly.
