Job Description
We are hiring a BC/BE PM&R Physician for a full-time or part-time role with benefits.
Provide medical oversight and care across subacute, long-term, assisted, and independent living settings. Ensure timely documentation, participate in quality assurance, utilization management, and peer reviews. Support practice operations, collaborate with staff and administration, and participate in committees. Maintain compliance with medical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Work independently, make sound judgments, and possibly visit multiple facilities daily. Engage in scholarly activities and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications include experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings, medical licensure in the state, and board eligibility/certification.
Compensation starts at $250,000/year, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and vision/dental coverage.
This role involves travel between facilities and shares evening, weekend, and holiday call duties.
