Job Description

Seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician for a full-time or part-time role with benefits in a growing, physician-owned practice.

The practice provides outpatient and inpatient care across settings such as acute rehab, skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living, emphasizing collaborative, patient-centered services.

Responsibilities include delivering medical oversight, maintaining documentation, participating in quality assurance and peer review, supporting practice operations, and working in various care environments.

Essential functions involve ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulations, timely documentation, and active participation in medical staff duties and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings, hold medical licensure, and are board eligible/certified.
