Job Description
We are seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician, full-time or part-time with benefits, to join a growing physician-owned group.
Provide medical oversight and care across inpatient rehab, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings.
Maintain timely documentation, participate in quality assurance, utilization management, peer reviews, and support practice budgets.
Collaborate with hospital staff, specialists, and community providers to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
Participate in medical staff duties, meetings, and compliance activities as required.
Support strategic initiatives and foster positive relationships within the healthcare team and community.
Work independently with good judgment, attention to detail, and physical stamina, including travel between facilities.
Qualifications: Graduate of an approved medical school, licensure in the state, Board Eligible/Certified, and experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings preferred.
Compensation and Benefits: Starting at $250,000/year, with bonuses, 401(k), health, dental, vision, and paid time off.
