Job Description
Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to join a dedicated team providing comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.
Providers will care for a range of patients, from short-term rehabilitation to complex geriatric cases, aiming to improve access, remove barriers, and deliver state-of-the-art care for optimal clinical outcomes.
As part of the team, physicians will deliver face-to-face primary care, participate in educational sessions, and collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
Available benefits include a competitive salary (up to $300,000), incentive pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME, and professional liability coverage.
Qualifications required are current medical licensure, D.E.A. certification, and board eligibility or certification. This is a full-time or part-time in-person role focused on innovative post-acute care delivery.
