Job Description

Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living facilities.

  • Deliver face-to-face primary care services and participate in educational sessions and clinical outcomes reviews.
  • Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
