Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living facilities.
Deliver face-to-face primary care services and participate in educational sessions and clinical outcomes reviews.Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.Benefits include a competitive salary up to $300,000, incentive pay, liability coverage, PTO, CME, and health benefits such as dental, vision, and 401(k).
