Job Description

We are seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to join a dedicated team providing comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living communities.


  • Deliver face-to-face primary care services across various facility types.
  • Participate in monthly educational lectures and clinical outcomes reviews.
  • Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
