Job Description

Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.

Responsibilities include face-to-face primary care, participating in educational series, and collaborating with healthcare team members.

Offering a competitive salary up to $300,000, with incentive pay, plus benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME, and professional liability coverage.
