Post Acute Care Physician / Primary Care Physician – Waterville, ME

Job Description

Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.

This role involves delivering face-to-face primary care, participating in educational sessions, and collaborating with nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
