Job Description

Seeking a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Bennington, VT, and surrounding areas.

  • Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliation, and annual wellness exams 4-5 days weekly.
  • Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments and medications.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, promote wellness, and oversee overall health management.
  • Maintain accurate records, inform patients about medications, and stay updated through ongoing professional development.
