Job Description

Seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Dover, NH, and surrounding areas.

  • Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliations, and annual wellness exams 3-4 days weekly.
  • Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments and medications.
  • Educate patients and families, promote health practices, and oversee overall patient health.
  • Maintain accurate records, inform patients about health statuses, and stay updated with professional knowledge.
