Job Description
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Dover, NH, and surrounding areas.
Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliation, and annual wellness exams 3-4 days per week. Examine patients, review medical records, order and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and propose treatments. Prescribe medications, educate patients and families, and promote health practices. Maintain accurate records and oversee patients’ overall health.
