Job Description
Seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct primary care visits in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Dover, NH, and nearby areas.
Provide primary care, medication reconciliation, and annual wellness visits 3-4 days weekly.
Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments and medications.
Maintain accurate records, educate patients and families, and promote overall health and prevention.
