Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Assisted Living Facilities around Hyannis, MA.
Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliations, and annual wellness exams five weekdays.Examine patients, review medical records, order and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments and medications.Educate patients and families on health, disease prevention, and management.Maintain accurate records, promote health practices, and oversee overall patient wellbeing.Offer flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits including malpractice, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.Work involves in-person visits with an emphasis on delivering care within assisted living and memory care settings.
