Job Description

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Assisted Living Facilities in Hyannis, MA, and nearby areas.


  • Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliations, and annual wellness exams five weekdays.
  • Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments and medications.
  • Educate patients and families, promote health practices, and oversee overall patient health.
  • Maintain accurate records and stay updated with professional knowledge.
