Seeking a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Keene, NH, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities include conducting patient exams, medication reconciliation, annual wellness visits, diagnosing conditions, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients and families.
