Job Description

Seeking a motivated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support primary care practices in Central Maine.

• Monday-Friday schedule with limited call
• Mostly remote work including direct patient care, transitions of care, wellness, high-need, and telephonic visits
