Join a growing, patient-centered primary care and obesity medicine practice in San Antonio as a full-time Nurse Practitioner at our Stone Oak location.

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop evidence-based treatment plans and educate patients on health and weight management
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain detailed EMR documentation
