Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide compassionate, high-quality medical services to patients of all ages in a community health setting.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing illnesses, developing treatment plans, educating patients on wellness and prevention, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, utilizing EHR systems, and participating in community outreach.

Qualifications require a Medical degree (MD or DO), valid Wisconsin license, board certification in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics, and at least one year of primary care experience. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
