Primary Care Physician – ANY State License

Job Description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to Veterans in a VA Domiciliary and Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Program at the Bath VA Medical Center in NY.

The physician will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care to a geriatric and medically complex Veteran population. Key duties include managing chronic and acute conditions, mental health, substance use disorders, conducting exams, diagnostics, and collaborating with mental health, nursing, social workers, and specialists.

Qualifications: Board certification in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine, unrestricted medical license, DEA registration, experience with EMR/EHR, and ability to meet VA credentialing requirements.

Preferred: Experience in VA or geriatric care settings, managing co-occurring disorders, and VA healthcare familiarity.
