Job Description
This position offers flexible full- or part-time primary care at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Lansing, MI, serving underserved populations.
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic treatments. Supervise residents and medical students rotating through the clinic. Manage diverse medical conditions, perform routine procedures, and deliver health education. Collaborate within a team using a medical home model, addressing social determinants and ensuring culturally competent care. Maintain accurate documentation, comply with regulations, and contribute to quality improvement. Support community outreach and staff development activities. Candidates need an MD/DO, residency training, and licensure, with a commitment to serve diverse populations. Preferred experience in community health and population management.
Compensation ranges from $240,000 to $260,000 annually, with benefits including insurance, loan repayment, PTO, and professional development. Work hours are flexible, totaling 20-40 hours weekly, in person.
