Job Description

This position offers flexible full- or part-time primary care at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Lansing, MI, serving underserved populations.

  • Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic treatments.
  • Supervise residents and medical students rotating through the clinic.
  • Manage diverse medical conditions, perform routine procedures, and deliver health education.
  • Collaborate within a team using a medical home model, addressing social determinants and ensuring culturally competent care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, comply with regulations, and contribute to quality improvement.
  • Support community outreach and staff development activities.

  • Candidates need an MD/DO, residency training, and licensure, with a commitment to serve diverse populations. Preferred experience in community health and population management.

    Compensation ranges from $240,000 to $260,000 annually, with benefits including insurance, loan repayment, PTO, and professional development. Work hours are flexible, totaling 20-40 hours weekly, in person.
