Seeking a Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Lansing, MI. This full-time or part-time role involves managing acute, chronic, and preventive care across all ages, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, supervising residents and students, and addressing social determinants of health.

Responsibilities include diagnosing conditions, performing procedures, coordinating care, and ensuring culturally competent, trauma-informed services. The position emphasizes team-based care within a Patient-Centered Medical Home model, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in quality improvement.

Qualifications include MD/DO, residency in Family or Internal Medicine, board eligibility/certification, and a valid license. Experience with underserved populations and mental health is preferred.
