Seeking a Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care at an FQHC in Lansing, MI.
Offer flexible full-time or part-time positions, with options for W-2 or 1099 employment. Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care across all ages, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Supervise residents and medical students, perform routine procedures, and manage conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Deliver culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care, addressing social determinants and coordinating with community resources. Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Engage in community outreach and professional development. Qualifications: MD/DO, residency in Family or Internal Medicine, board eligibility/certification, active license, and commitment to underserved populations.
