Job Description

This FQHC in Lansing, MI seeks full-time or part-time Family Medicine physicians to provide comprehensive, culturally competent primary care to diverse, underserved populations.

  • Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions across all ages, overseeing residents and students, and coordinating with specialists and community resources.
  • Work in a team-based, patient-centered medical home model, emphasizing preventive care and addressing social determinants of health.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with regulations, and participate in quality improvement.

    Qualifications: MD/DO, completed family/internal medicine residency, board-certified or eligible, active license, and commitment to serving underserved populations. Preferred experience in community health settings and population health knowledge.
