Job Description

Seeking a Physician at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Lansing, MI, offering full-time or part-time positions with flexible employment options (W-2 or 1099).

  • Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care across all ages, emphasizing underserved populations.
  • Work within an interdisciplinary team, overseeing residents and students, managing acute and chronic conditions, and promoting preventive care.
  • Perform routine procedures, coordinate care with specialists, and deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed services.
  • Maintain accurate EHR documentation, ensure compliance, and engage in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support community outreach and participate in staff trainings and CME activities.

    • Qualifications include MD/DO, residency in Family/Internal Medicine, board certification/eligibility, and licensure. Preferred experience in community health settings and a commitment to health equity are valued.

    Compensation ranges from $240,000 to $260,000 annually, with benefits like insurance, loan repayment, paid time off, and professional development. In-person role with flexible hours (20–40/week).
