Job Description

Seeking a Physician at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Lansing, MI, offering full-time or part-time positions with flexible employment types (W-2 or 1099).

  • Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care for diverse populations across all ages, focusing on prevention, acute, and chronic conditions.
  • Supervise medical residents and students, perform routine procedures, and coordinate with specialists and community resources.
  • Deliver culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care within a team-based model, emphasizing health equity and social determinants of health.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, comply with regulations, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in community outreach, staff trainings, and continuing education.

  • Requirements: MD or DO, residency, board eligibility/certification in Family or Internal Medicine, active license, DEA, commitment to underserved populations, and experience with mental health preferred.

    Compensation & Benefits: $240k-$260k/year, with insurance, loan repayment, PTO, CME, malpractice, and professional development.

    Work hours vary from 20-40 per week, in person, supporting accessible, community-focused healthcare.
