Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a community health setting focused on health equity.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Deliver primary care across all ages
– Manage acute and chronic conditions
– Refer patients to specialists
– Supervise clinical staff
– Maintain accurate records and support quality initiatives
– Participate in health promotion and education
– Engage in continuing education
– Provide on-call coverage as needed

**Requirements:**
– MD or DO with residency in Family or Internal Medicine
– Massachusetts medical license
– Board certification or eligibility
– BLS certification
– Strong knowledge of standards, compliance, and patient care
– Leadership and collaboration skills
– Commitment to health equity and reducing disparities
