Job Description

Join a physician-owned primary care group with multiple Rhode Island locations, focused on restoring patient-physician relationships and enhancing access to care.

As a Primary Care Physician, you’ll manage adult patient panels, providing personalized chronic, acute, and preventative care in a patient-centered, value-based practice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive primary care, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Conducting preventive screenings, vaccinations, and patient education
  • Utilizing data to support population health and care gaps
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for care coordination
  • Maintaining accurate EHR documentation and supporting practice innovation

    • Qualifications:

  • MD or DO license, with experience in adult primary care or related fields
  • Strong communication skills and interest in value-based care
