As a Primary Care Physician, you’ll manage adult patient panels, providing personalized chronic, acute, and preventive care in a practice that empowers clinicians with decision-making authority and focuses on high-quality, value-based outcomes.
- Provide comprehensive primary care, develop treatment plans, and perform health screenings and vaccinations.
- Utilize data to identify care gaps, support population health, and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and drive practice innovation.
Qualifications include MD or DO, active US license, experience in adult primary care, and interest in value-based care.
