Job Description

We seek a compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients aged 0-21 yrs, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.

  • Perform clinical duties within licensure and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Develop individualized care plans, evaluate patient progress, and coordinate team-based care.
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Participate in policy development, professional development, and quality improvement activities.
  • Supervise clinical staff, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity, compassion, and adherence to legal and safety standards.
  • Qualifications include medical degree, Board certification in Pediatrics, FL licensure, and active DEA/Medicaid numbers. Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Full-time position offering $190K-$220K annually with benefits such as health, malpractice insurance, and paid time off. Must be able to work in Brandon, FL, and commute in person.
