Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients aged 0-21 yrs, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.

Perform clinical duties within licensure, interpret medical data, and follow evidence-based guidelines.

Develop personalized care plans, evaluate progress, and document accurately in electronic health records.

Collaborate with healthcare team, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively.

Participate in policy development, professional growth, and quality improvement activities.

Ensure patient safety, respect diversity, and provide patient and family education.

Supervise mid-level providers and adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications include medical degree, Florida licensure, board certification, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Benefits include health, malpractice insurance, and paid time off. Position is full-time, based in Brandon, FL, with a salary range of $190K-$220K. Physical demands include extended standing and visual acuity. Certifications in BLS/ACLS are required.
