Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our growing PACE Organization on a full-time basis in Springfield, MA.

  • Provide primary medical care to frail older adults under the supervision of the Medical Director, including assessments, care planning, and direct care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

  • Qualifications include Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, with preferred advanced geriatrics certification; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
