Primary Care Practitioner

Job Description

The Primary Care Practitioner provides comprehensive primary care services to patients and oversees clinic staff and daily operations.

Develops and manages treatment plans, diagnoses, prescribes medications, and coordinates care with other providers.

Educates patients and families on health issues and disease prevention.

Maintains detailed medical records and ensures quality patient care.

Supervises support staff and manages clinic operations.

Collaborates with the Behavioral Health Director and other team members to meet patients’ health needs across their lifespan.

This full-time, exempt role offers a salary of $125,000–$140,000, with benefits including PTO, insurance, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and a retention bonus. Qualifications include a degree in Primary Care Services with an unrestricted APRN license, at least three years of primary care experience, prescribing privileges, and supervisory experience.
