Job Description

In-Person Primary Therapist position in Fountain Hills, AZ, supporting individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, including crisis intervention and case management.
  • Complete assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries within specified timeframes.
  • Collaborate with medical teams and refer patients for specialized care as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team-based patient care.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree and an active license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Arizona, with 1+ year of behavioral health experience preferred.
  • Full-time, contract role offering $50,000-$65,000/year, with benefits and a Monday-Friday schedule.
