The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, staying current on clinical practices, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements include a degree in psychology, social work, or related fields, with experience in mental health or addiction populations preferred. Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and knowledge of group therapy are essential.
