Job Description

Seeking a PRN Outpatient Licensed Addiction Counselor to provide therapy for adults in PHP and IOP programs, with occasional opportunities to work with children and adolescents. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and conducting group therapy sessions.

  • Evaluate patients’ chemical dependency history, document signs, symptoms, and treatment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate care, and monitor patient progress.
  • Provide group, individual, and family therapy as ordered, and share insights with other providers and insurance entities.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and maintain professional standards, including safeguarding vulnerable populations.
  • Work Monday to Friday during business hours at a designated campus location. Pay starts at $34/hour, with part-time hours.

    • Requirements include ND licensure as an Addiction Counselor, a bachelor’s in addiction studies or related field, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position emphasizes a positive attitude, teamwork, and professionalism.
