Job Description

The Program Manager oversees the daily operations of the Graf Rheeneerhaanjii program, including program planning, staff supervision, project implementation, and fiscal management.

They serve as a liaison with community stakeholders, monitor program progress, ensure compliance with accreditation and licensing standards, and maintain client records.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating services with other providers, arranging staff training, and assisting clients with appointments and care coordination.

Minimum qualifications involve a bachelor’s degree in human services, five years of relevant experience (including supervisory roles), a valid driver’s license, and passing background checks.

The role requires strong communication skills, cultural familiarity, knowledge of mental health and substance abuse services, and the ability to work independently in a busy environment. Supervision of up to 9 staff members is required.
