Job Description

The Program Manager oversees the Lynchburg office, supervising and training staff within a residential substance abuse treatment program. They provide individual and group therapy, develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and coordinate aftercare services, including family therapy. Responsibilities include monitoring clinical documentation, ensuring compliance, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in program development and quality improvement efforts. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and case management skills, with a focus on holistic, trauma-informed care. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment, relevant licensure (LSATP, LPC, or LCSW), and knowledge of clinical documentation and assessment methods.
