The Program Manager oversees the Lynchburg office, supervising and training staff within a residential substance abuse treatment program. They provide individual and group therapy, develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and coordinate aftercare services, including family therapy. Responsibilities include monitoring clinical documentation, ensuring compliance, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in program development and quality improvement efforts.
