Job Description

We are seeking a Program Physician specializing in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment to work as an independent contractor at our clinic in Pharr, TX.

  • Provide on-site medical services for patients 18+ with opioid addiction, including physical examinations and treatment plan adjustments.
  • Collaborate with a clinical team, counseling, and community resources to support patient recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Participate in patient intake, treatment, and discharge processes.


  • Qualifications: Active Texas Medical license, DEA license, one-year narcotic treatment experience, and valid Texas ID. Preferred additional addiction training or board certification.

    Compensation: $100-$170/hour, flexible hours, no weekend work.
