Job Description
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide independent, comprehensive care in an urgent care setting, including telehealth.
Must work a minimum of four weekend shifts per month and be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion, and care coordination for patients with acute or chronic conditions across pediatric and adult populations. Provide outpatient care, perform minor surgical procedures, and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed. Evaluate patients through physical exams, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans. Communicate diagnosis and treatment plans clearly, maintain accurate documentation, and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements include an active, unrestricted PA or NP license, DEA licensure ability, knowledge of treatments and drug interactions, and excellent communication skills.
