Join our healthcare team as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) delivering comprehensive mental health and chemical dependency (MAT) care in a hybrid remote role based in Jamestown, NY.

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various psychiatric conditions using advanced clinical skills.
  • Develop individualized care plans, prescribe medications, and oversee treatments within scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and utilize EHR systems for documentation.
  • Provide telehealth services, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain current licensure, demonstrate clinical expertise across diverse populations, and ensure compliance with billing and coding standards.
