Job Description

We are expanding our Medication Management program and seeking PMHNP providers with a Pediatric Focus for our 8 NH locations, including Claremont, Concord, Hanover, Keene, New London, and Plymouth.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-person and telehealth visits, requiring 2-3 days weekly in-office. Responsibilities include providing pediatric care, diagnostic evaluations, psychopharmacology follow-ups, psychotherapy, and utilizing diagnostic tools.

Requirements include an active NH license, ANCC board certification as PMHNP, and 1+ years of experience (preferably 3-5). Flexibility, strong organizational and communication skills, and HIPAA compliance are essential.
