Job Description
We are expanding our Medication Management program across 8 NH locations and seeking Pediatric-focused PMHNP providers.
Provide pediatric care through in-person and telehealth visits, with 2-3 days weekly in-office. Perform evaluations, psychopharmacology follow-ups, and psychotherapy. Update records, utilize diagnostic tools, and deliver comprehensive, quality care. Must be licensed in NH, certified as PMHNP, with 1+ years of experience (3-5 preferred).
