Job Description

We are expanding our Medication Management program and seeking PMHNP providers with a pediatric focus for our 8 NH locations, including Claremont, Concord, Hanover, Keene, New London, and Plymouth. This hybrid role involves in-person and telehealth visits, with 2-3 days/week in-office. Responsibilities include pediatric assessments, psychopharmacology follow-ups, psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and utilizing genetic testing. Candidates must hold an active NH license, ANCC board certification, and have 1+ years of experience, with 3-5 preferred.
